The Iosco County Historical Museum has a wonderful collection of books and DVD's (featured below) on Iosco County history by local authors Neil Thornton, Lugene Daniels, Edna Otis and others. These books are a "must read" for anyone with a connection to Iosco County, and helpful to the genealogy or history enthusiast. The authors present an honest and engaging account of their communities....oftentimes with a wink. These books are very thoughtful gifts for anyone who once lived here (and wishes they could again!) They're also very thoughtful gifts to give yourself, whether you still live here or not!
